Kuti is a lifelong athlete, but was forced into becoming a Health & Wellness professional when his otherwise physically fit father had an unforeseen high blood pressure incident that nearly killed him. "I went from having a ho-hum conversation with my Dad to sitting in the hospital by his side for 9 days straight watching him flat-line TWICE. That's when I realized there was a lot of life ahead of us to live and it was going to take more than exercise to be truly healthy...seeing that we share the same genes, I wanted us BOTH to live longer and better."
